Our Digital Government Observatory (OGD) is a scientific and collaborative platform with the purpose of evaluating, socializing and accompanying the development of digital government in Cuba. This initiative, based at the Faculty of Communication of the University of Havana, counts with the collaboration of various Cuban scientific and governmental entities among which are, mainly, the Ministry of Communications, the University of Computer Sciences, the Union of Computer Scientists of Cuba as well as other entities and professional associations in the country.
